My item has gone missing or hasn't arrived

Don't panic it may take a few weeks depending on where you are located. Check that your purchase isn't a pre-order or that we haven't contacted you regarding availability. In the first instance please contact the shipping provider listed on your shipment notice.

If your item has managed to get lost in the mail we will ship it again. Please note that in the instance that a replacement item is sent a reasonable amount of time must have already passed.

Where do we ship from?

Orders may be shipped domestically (currently due to recent lockdowns all orders are shipped from outside the EU) or from our head office located in Australia. If your stock is not available locally we will ship from an overseas warehouse. In this instance we will ship via a courier resulting in a similar if not faster delivery time. Regardless of where your orders ships from you will not be charged extra and most orders will be received within 5 to 10 business days. 

Are there import charges?

Typically no but if you do get hit with them let us know, send us the receipt or payment URL and we will get it fixed up.

Who do we ship with?

We ship with a variety of postal services/couriers. Who we ship with will depend entirely on where you are located as some areas may not be serviced by some couriers.
